Delete your Sipriz account

Last updated: October 2026

You can delete your Sipriz account and all your data at any time, directly from the app.

From the app (the easiest way)

  1. Open Sipriz and go to the My space tab.
  2. Tap My account.
  3. At the bottom, tap Delete my account, then type the requested word to confirm.
  4. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, write to contact@sipriz.com with the subject “Account deletion”, from the email address linked to your account, or giving your @username and your phone number if you signed up with it. To protect you, we may ask you to prove that the account is really yours. We delete the account within 30 days at most and confirm the deletion to you.

What is deleted

  • Your account and profile: name, @username, photo, email address or phone number, fingerprint of your number;
  • all your lists and their gifts, along with the related photos, reservations, givers' chats and group gifts;
  • your people, your requests and your circles;
  • your comments, messages, group gift contributions, Moments and replies;
  • your reservations on your people's lists, the Secret Santas you've organized, your wishes in other exchanges;
  • your Karma, your notifications and your registered phones.

What may remain

  • If you gave someone a gift, that gift stays in their Received tab, but without your name.
  • Your likes on your people's wishes may still be counted, without any information about you.
  • Our servers' technical logs are erased automatically after about 30 days.
