1. Acceptance of the terms
By using Sipriz, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the app.
2. Description of the service
Sipriz is a free gift list app and a social network for you and your people, available on iOS and Android: wish lists, secret reservations, thank-yous, Moments, givers' chats, group gifts and Secret Santa.
3. User account
You must be at least 15 years old, or have a parent's consent. You are responsible for keeping your account and login details confidential, and you must notify us without delay of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Sipriz lawfully and respectfully. The following are prohibited in particular: hateful, violent, harassing, discriminatory, pornographic or illegal content; violating the privacy or rights of others; scams, fraudulent requests for money and unsolicited advertising; any attempt to get around the security of the service.
Zero tolerance: any content or behavior that breaks these rules may be removed without notice and its author banned. To report content or a user, tap “Report” in the app (⋯ button or long press), or write to contact@sipriz.com: every report is reviewed within 24 hours. You can also block someone: they no longer see your lists or Moments and can no longer contact you.
5. Your content
You remain the owner of what you post. You authorize Sipriz to host it and display it to the people you've chosen, solely to operate the service. You guarantee that you have the right to post your photos and videos, including the consent of the people who appear in them.
6. Purchases and group gifts
Sipriz does not sell any products. The links, prices and photos of wishes are for information only; purchases are made directly from the shops. Sipriz is not a payment service: contributions to group gifts are settled between users, possibly through the organizer's payment link, under the organizer's responsibility. Sipriz plays no part in these exchanges.
7. Secret Santa
The draw is carried out automatically and at random, respecting the exclusions set by the organizer. Once started, it can no longer be changed.
8. Intellectual property
The Sipriz app, its name, its logo and its content are protected by copyright. Any copying, modification or distribution without permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. Sipriz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not responsible for content posted by users, purchases made from shops or money exchanged between users.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app (My space, then My account). Sipriz may suspend or delete access in the event of a breach of these terms.
11. App Store and Google Play
These terms are entered into between you and Sipriz, not with Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the app. The terms of the relevant app store also apply.
12. Changes
Sipriz may change these terms. Changes are published on this page, along with the date they were updated.
